Cloverty (Spain)

Cloverty (formerly HC Clover PS, created through a merger with Aplicaps and Gramar Laboratories) is a Spanish CDMO company founded in 2008 in Madrid. It provides a full range of services: from R&D and formula development to manufacturing, packaging and regulatory support for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and veterinary products. It specialises in soft gelatin capsules, hard capsules, blisters and sachets. Production capacity exceeds 1.8 billion capsules per year, with over 1,250 SKUs manufactured in Spain and Brazil (joint venture Clover do Brasil with PIC Química). The company employs more than 250 people.

Sochim (Italy)

Sochim International S.p.A. is an Italian CDMO company founded in 1988 in Lombardy. It specialises in the full cycle of development and production of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical forms, including softgels and tablets. In 2025, the company joined the Naturacare group, strengthening its expertise in premium ingredients and innovative forms. Sochim is known for its use of natural ingredients, custom solutions, and high-tech approach to production.

So.Se.Pharm S.r.l. is an Italian family-owned pharmaceutical company founded in 1987 in Pomezia (Rome) and integrated into the Florio Group. It specialises in generics, OTC products, medical devices and food supplements. It manufactures both intermediate and finished forms, including lyophilisation. The group’s turnover is approximately $85 million, and it has over 400 employees.

Geography of cooperation:
The main market is Italy (pharmacies, hospitals). Exports go to EU countries, the Middle East, and other emerging markets through licensing agreements.

Founded over 15 years ago, the company operates from a modern 4,000 m² production facility in Izmir, equipped with automated lines, a microbiological laboratory and processes that undergo regular international audits. EscoPharm (Armenia)

EscoPharm LLC is an Armenian company that manufactures non-sterile dosage forms (ointments, creams, liquids, tinctures, oils, powders, skin care products). Founded in 1999 as part of Esculap LLC, it was reorganised in 2011 to focus on contract manufacturing. It uses local raw materials in accordance with the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia. The range includes about 100 items under the ESCO-PHARM and Narin-e brands.
